Millstream



This is a most beautiful area, no wind, few people and a place to swim
in fresh water.











$18 a night. We have entered the mining areas, where the activity never ceases.

Minderoo horses



This one is called gunsmoke.




A horse ride off into the sunset which are as red as the amazing soil
that is all around us

10 mile pool on the ashburton.



Further upstream near K tree bore.



They haven't had enough rain for it to flow in years.

Lunch



Not a bad lunch spot, but also turns out to be a turtle nesting area.
We are now bush camping in the Ningaloo national park. That will be a
good look after 2 days.

More gorges











The road to Natures Window opened at noon so we drove in before
heading off to Hamelin Station. Wonderful place just recently been
done up, 500k acre property.

Kalbarri




So after lunch we went to the river to see the gorges.




And here they are, gorgeous.




Massive river bed that only flows every few years. We saw kangeroos,
wild goats and many birds.



We finished the day at Finlays outdoor fish BBQ take it as it comes
restaurant.





Rained all night and continued until lunch.
